Working Process

1. Pre-positioning empty bags
At the same time, place 2~3 stacks of empty bags to provide bags for the packaging machine.

2. Take the empty bag
The bag suction mechanism sucks the bottom of the bag with negative pressure, and the roller type bag feeding structure makes the bag mouth flat and transported to the bag opening station.

3. Open the empty bag
The bag opening mechanism simultaneously absorbs the positive and negative sides of the bag mouth with negative pressure. The negative pressure sucks up the bag mouth, and the "knife" structure located on both sides of the discharge mouth is inserted into the bag mouth through the rotation of the rotating shaft and spreads to both sides.

4. Supply empty bags
The bag feeding operation is completed by lifting the knife arm to transfer the empty bag to the bag clamping mechanism. The bag clamping mechanism clamps the sides of the bag to prevent dust from spilling out.

5. Material filling
The bag clamping detection device ensures the reliability of the bag supply. After the detection is completed, the PLC will send a signal to the automatic weighing device, and then the material in the weighing device will be discharged into the bag. During the filling process, the bottom vibration operation is performed. At the same time, the dust formed during the material unloading process is pumped away through the external dust removal interface.

6. Tote bag and seam stitching and heat sealing
After the filling is completed, the bag mouth is clamped horizontally by the bag clamping conveying mechanism, and the bag mouth is horizontally transported to the guiding mechanism, and the guiding mechanism transports the bag mouth to the seam heat sealing station for automatic sewing and sewing or heat sealing.
